DAY 1: DEPART | HEREDIA
Fly to San José, Costa Rica.
¡Bienvenidos a Costa Rica! Upon arrival, meet your host family in Heredia, outside of San José. Heredia blends colonial architecture with modern life, offering colourful streets, lively local markets, and a welcoming small-city charm.
Enjoy a welcome dinner with your host family.
While living with a host family, you will immerse yourself in the daily local life, share home-cooked dinners, meet locals, and practice your Spanish.
DAY 2: HEREDIA
After breakfast, your host family will take you to your first day of Spanish classes (3 hours).
Later, enjoy a guided walking tour of Heredia with your group.
In the afternoon, step into the rhythm of Latin culture during a salsa dance class.
Return to your host family for dinner.
DAY 3: HEREDIA
After breakfast at home, attend your morning Spanish classes.
Then, prepare a traditional Costa Rican dish in a hands-on cooking workshop.
In the afternoon, practice your Spanish through a language exchange session with local community members.

DAY 4: HEREDIA
Attend morning Spanish classes.
In the afternoon, visit the Café Britt Farm and learn the journey of coffee from farm to cup, discovering how hand-picked beans are expertly roasted and transformed into a vibrant and aromatic coffee that defines Costa Rica’s rich heritage.
Enjoy dinner with your host family.
DAY 5: HEREDIA
Attend morning Spanish classes.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided yoga class.
Later, perfect your moves during a Latin dance class of salsa, merengue, or bachata.

DAY 6: HEREDIA
Have breakfast at home, then attend Spanish classes.
Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore Heredia, visit local shops or relax with your host family.
This evening, immerse yourself in the cultura Latina and join a lively fiesta filled with music, dance, and fun.

DAY 7: DAY TRIP TO PLAYA MANTAS
In the morning, travel to the stunning Pacific Coast and spend the day at Playa Mantas.
Enjoy breakfast at Punta Leona beach club, offering large swimming pools and direct beach access.
Return to Heredia for dinner with your host family.
DAY 8: DEPART
Enjoy a final breakfast with your host family before transferring to the airport for your flight back to the USA.
